Who we are

Compass is a product of Fifty Five and Five Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in London, United Kingdom. When we say "Compass", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean Fifty Five and Five Ltd operating the Compass platform.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

• Email address when you join our waitlist or request a demo
• Name, company name, team size and tool preferences when you complete our demo request form
• Account information when you sign up via Microsoft Entra ID (name, email, company)
• Usage data when you use the Compass platform (actions taken, plans created, tools connected)

We also collect standard technical data: IP addresses, browser type, and page visits. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies on our marketing site.

How we use it

• To provide and improve the Compass platform
• To respond to demo requests and support enquiries
• To send you product updates if you have opted in
• To maintain security and prevent abuse

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data processing and AI

Compass uses AI models (including OpenAI) to plan and execute marketing tasks on your behalf. When you use the platform, your prompts and connected tool data are processed by these models to generate plans and complete tasks. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your data is processed in accordance with our data processing agreements with sub-processors.

Where we store it

Data is stored on infrastructure hosted in the European Union and United States via Google Cloud Platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted by role-based controls and audit-logged.

How long we keep it

Waitlist and demo request data is kept until you ask us to remove it. Platform account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Your rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

Cookies

Our marketing site uses only essential cookies required for the site to function (session management, authentication). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on our public pages.
